Originally a manual monthly email sent to a small group of colleagues & friends from Jefre’s old desktop computer, in a few short years, the list grew to well over 10,000.

Tiny Home Communities

Tiny Home Communities take the garden home concept to the next level. Whether a temporary community (college, following a disaster, or for vacationing) or a more permanent solution for a millennial, nature-integrated and mobile lifestyle, Tiny Home Communities are popping up across America.

Originally a manual monthly email sent to a small group of colleagues & friends from Jefre’s old desktop computer, in a few short years, the list grew to well over 10,000.

Jefre took a sabbatical to heal from a life-threatening illness, traveled to 107 countries, and returned to Austin with his new wife and began to network and discover his next work adventures. Resoundingly, people asked – where’s The Outlaw List email?

2017 is a new day and time – especially in Austin. Jefre’s business focus is bigger, more global, more cross-generational and still tapped into the best business events in Austin.

What Are Tiny Home Communities?

Sprout Tiny Homes LogoWhat goes around, comes around – no? The first computers were self-contained, heavy, and weak on processing power by today’s standards. To get more computing power, these processors were stacked into mainframes filling up large cold-storage rooms. Today, most of our files are on a server (in or out of the cloud) in a secure chilled room which we access in seconds from an internet-connected device in hand. Depending upon our device of choice, a file could be viewed by a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, TV or other internet connected device.

Think of indigenous peoples. They built their homes out of the land, facing east, and in small circles to create community. Over time, structures became more sophisticated and able to handle larger families, then multiple families – all with the goal of bigger, faster, stronger, cheaper in mind.

Tiny Home Communities take the garden home concept to the next level. Whether a temporary community (college, following a disaster, or for vacationing) or a more permanent solution for a millennial, nature-integrated and mobile lifestyle, Tiny Home Communities are popping up across America.

Sprouts leads the market with their building certifications and owner satisfaction.

Why Work With Jefre?

Whether you’re a hitech entrepreneur, a land owner looking to redesign part of your property into a tiny home garden community, or a services business owner just looking to capture more clients, Jefre makes himself available to support your efforts.

First and foremost, Jefre is about community.  You’ll hear him tell countless stories of how the networking groups he built supported each other, and when he most needed it, supported him.  Groups function best when there is structure, however, the group needs to be passionate, motivated, and producing results.  When these factors aren’t present, it’s time to make a change.  Jefre’s masterful at ensuring the spirit of the group is fulfilled.

What People Are Saying

I have considered joining a networking group for some time now, but had never really felt convicted enough to pull the trigger. I am not a fan of the huge rooms full of people and have never felt that those venues were the best use of my time. On the flip side, many of the groups are simply too time intensive to be practical with a family and a business to run. When I heard about BoB, it seemed like this may be the right option finally! As it turns out, for me, it has been. I am a practitioner of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture so marketing is generally much more effective face to face rather than print or online etc. The group is an amazing group of people who are all very generous and kind and want to see everyone else in their group succeed as well. I have met some folks I would have never met previously and BoB has given me an opportunity to showcase what exactly I do and how I do it. The initial cost has been a fraction of the business I have received due to these relationships and I expect that to grow as our relationships develop. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great networking opportunity to give BoB a try. I am glad I did.” Stefanie Dwyer

Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Practitioner

I first met Jefre at the Texas-China Investment Summit last year we hosted last year in Austin. Jefre immediately caught my attention when he was able to clearly articulate a variety of issues impacting EB-5 centers and the investors they are trying to attract. In particular, he clearly understood the players, the legal/political environment, and Chinese investor attitudes. It was obvious that he commanded a great deal of knowledge on the subject well beyond my own.

Regarding his integrity and reputation, it is unlikely you’ll find a better candidate. Immediately after meeting Jefre, I was anxious to start picking his brain on everything EB-5 related, so we could calibrate the StageXchange platform correctly. Jefre on the other hand was interested in knowing who I was as person before we went any further. Fortunately after a few cups of coffee, I won his trust. Since then he has been an open book and introduced me to his vast network without asking for anything in return. In the last few months, his connections have brought us access to capital, potential JV partners, and clients. This is why I asked him to join our Advisory Board last week as the EB-5 / FDI subject matter expert and have paid to have Jefre join our team at SelectUSA’s Investment Summit in DC in June. I have no doubt that Jefre can help get anyone in front of the right people.

Chief Executive Officer

I’ve known Jefre for >10years.  When I first moved to Austin in ’99, Jefre and I met at a networking event.  I had heard of The Outlaw List, but I had no idea that being on the list meant I would get connected to potential clients, partners and investors faster by knowing him.  Thank you Jefre!
